Water is often an overlooked component of PCR and qPCR reactions – all focus is usually on the enzyme involved.  However a common cause of PCR failure is due to poor quality water that usually comprises 75% of your reaction: the water you add to get appropriate concentrations.

Our PCR-Grade water is used in the preparation of enzymes and reagents and is of the highest quality: balanced pH and free of ions, salts and nucleases. Water is deionized and autoclaved water suitable for use in all experiments that require nuclease-free water. PCR grade Water is prepared without chemical additives and it is pyrogen-, nuclease-, protease- and bacteria-free
