Loading dyes
A number of different loading dyes are available from dnature, which allow the dyes to run in different positions to your fragment(s) of interest. The most popular dyes are those found in the 'Double Blue' loading dye (xylene cyanole and bromophenol blue) but dyes that migrate with primers (e.g. such as Orange G found in the Orange and Orange Blue dyes) are becoming increasingly popular, especially in the analysis of smaller amplicons such as qPCR product verification; or for amplicons of a similar size as the bromphenol blue front that can be slightly obscured.
